    Since a few weeks , impossible to manage page account,adresses, account detail…
    WordPress 4.7.1 avec le thème X – Child Theme. ( or not)
    Version WP :4.7.1

    Hi there,

    It sounds unusual and we can check from our end. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello SV,

    Can you disable IP blocking as of the moment while we are checking? I am able to access login URL but then right after clicking login button, I am getting 500 Internal Error. See attached screenshot.

    I see you have lots of third party plugins especially optimization plugins. Please clear all caches and try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If this doesn’t help, keep all third party plugins disabled while we investigate.

    Hi there,

    Looks like there is a redirection, how did you create this slug?

    /mon-compte/modifier%20mon%20compte/

    This is correct /mon-compte/, but /mon-compte/modifier%20mon%20compte/ is redirected back to /mon-compte/. It’s not issue with the theme as it works with default slugs. It’s more likely related to this http://woocommerce.wp-a2z.org/oik_api/wc_get_endpoint_url/

    Have you tried contacting Woocommerce community?
