I’m dying here.

My site is up to date but today i noticed layouts of woo pages are not working.

I updated
woo from 2.5.5 to 2.6.4 and back to 2.5.0 – none work.

When i switch to Twenty Fifteen pages work.

I’m in a bind here and don’t know what to do.

Can you take a look?

see: i have a woo layout plugin called ‘dhvc products layout’ that is disabled.

the standard woo products are below the shortcode.

Click on any of the products and you’ll see a blank detail page.

switch the theme to Twenty Fifteen and everything works.

Hello There,

Regretfully the given sftp user credentials is not working for us. For the meantime, can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page with the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.

Please let us know how it goes.

I’m sorry. WPEngine uses port 2222 for sftp.

Anyway I realized that I hadn’t updated wordpress for a while. After i did that all works great.
