Archive / Will page level css be affected by updates to X theme?

    Hi,

    We are using a child theme of X and so most of our css is located in the child’s global css file. However, there is a small amount of page-level css on most pages. Therefore, I’d like to know if the page-level css is affected at all when we update to a new version of X-Theme?

    By the way, I did search the knowledge base looking for answers but couldn’t find one specific to this issue.

    Hello Brendan,

    Thanks for writing in!

    In general page level CSS should not get overwritten while updating X. But before doing any major upgrade we highly recommend you to take a complete site backup.
