Hi support!

I added a widget element to my site with cornerstone to display a facebook page.

After I tried to add this widget, my homepage keeps displaying this on the top:

Any idea how I can fix this so I can add the widget to my homepage?

This issue is actually making my WP home page and website unstable and making it jump up to the top all the time…

Thanks for writing in!

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

Is it the custom made widget or from other developers? That widget is not compatible with your current WordPress’s version. The function used are obsolete. You could correct its coding or contact the code author.

Unfortunately, this something we can’t cover since we’re not familiar how the old code works. The coding is only applicable for WordPress below 2.8.0 ( 2012 ), and you WordPress version is now 4.6.1.
