sunshipParticipantAren’t you supposed to thoroulghy check plugins before you present us with an update?
The latest version of Slider Revolution has destroyed my site. We are in the middle of a new album launch campaign and when people go to my website they see a blank page!!!!!

RahulModeratorHey There,
We are really sorry for what’s happening around with the new update of Slider Revolution. We know there โwereโ problems and we are trying to figure out why it is happening in a few installations we have released two updates together with Theme Punch hoping the issue would have been fixed with it, unfortunately it seems it is not for some people. We’re still investigating it.
Thanks for your patience!

sunshipParticipantI am still having this problem and it is extremely worrisome! I need to rely on x-theme and the extensions you deploy. This is not a game or hobby for me! If you are not reliable I will need to spend thoudand more dollars and hundreds of hours re-designing a site on a more reliable platfrom!
Send me a previous version of the Slider Revolution plugin now please.
When will this be fixed?October 27, 2016 at 4:15 pm #1233807
flacnvinylParticipant@sunship – This is not a ‘game or hobby’ for us either or any of our clients. Themeco did not create Slider Revolution. All of the anger/frustration should be directed to ThemePunch. Their comments/support tickets are lit up like Christmas lights over on Themeforest.

DarshanaModerator@hatfieldmedia … Thanks for understanding.
We will update as soon as we get more information about this.
Thanks!

sunshipParticipantThanks. I am sure that ThemePunch is getting bruised right now, but actually, you are the responsible ones in this scenario.
I have bought the use of this product from you. You are very clear and proud about the ‘extensions’ you offer and they are a clear selling point in your advertising. right?
For me the real question here (and what alarms me) is: Don’t you guys test out the updates by the third parties you have partnered with before you subject your customers to potential fiasco?
If you don’t, you certainly should.
I. like everyone else here it seems, really appreciates all you do to help. Really! You provide great customer support – most of the time. But in this case, you have failed. My site was not properly available for some hours. I have lost many hours on this today. That is beyond what I can afford.
You must be more careful when releasing an update of anything attached to what we’ve bought from you.
All the best – Franklin
