    My client’s site has a valid license but it’s telling me to validate before upgrading.

    The site license is for kleinspringmontessori.com

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. It seems you are using security and caching plugin that might prevent the update from external server. Would you kindly deactivate this and try again? You can also update X manually if you don’t want to do this at all.

    To get this to work I had to revoke and re-validate from within the site itself vs. from “Manage Licenses.”
