JoaoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Joao

VelocityWebBlockedI tried turning off all the plug in and that didn’t work
Also the essential grid I have in the work section isn’t displaying (see image)

VelocityWebBlockedI have managed to get Essential grid back up.
Can you tell me why my images are blurring. I have set the ratio to the same size as the images, but it appears to be zooming in for some reason.
Also: The original problem of the logo not updating to the ALT in the media library is still there.

RadModeratorHi there,
The essential grid works and the logo aren’t blurred on my end. Please check the attached screenshot.
Since your logo has fixed dimension when displayed, then you may upload the logo with the size of 250px instead of 600px. It could be the reason why it’s blurred on your end.
About the logo alt tags, it’s your site’s tagline and you can change it at Admin > Settings > General.
Thanks!
