    We added ads to our youtube video and want them to appear on our website. When we embed them using rev slider, the ads don’t appear. We want our video to appear in a slider above the masthead on the home page of our site and show the ads. What can we do?

    I’m not really sure if there is any feature or option that enables/disables the ads. And those videos are hosted from youtube embedded by iframe.

    I looked over that and it does display the video when I embed it using the Iframe embed option, BUT revolution sllider doesn’t use the iframe embed to display the video. I contacted revolution slider and they sent me to their documentation which has nothing in it I could find that could explain why our ads are not displaying. They also mentioned that since I am using the plugin bundled with a theme that X theme is responsible for responding to my questions related to it’s use in the theme. I am stuck and this is pressing. Is there anything we can do to get our video to display the ads using X theme and revolution slider?

    I figured out that you can use an Iframe embed in rev slider by inserting the video as HTML instead of as a video layer. This solved the problem – although it doesn’t let us have the snazzy full width cover image.
