StepUp TeamParticipantHi π
i never encountered a problem with this with any of my 10+ x sites..the logo i assigned to be in the white label is exactly the size of the container, but it’s still shows it 84*84 px.. :/
what did i do wrong?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! It seems the logo container is not getting its width and height so does the logo itself.

We could resolve that with a custom CSS but, would you mind doing a testing for a plugin conflict first? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!
