ThaiModeratorHi There,
In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link login to your site
– WordPress Admin username / Password
– FTP AccountDon’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

LelyModeratorHi There,
I did try again using both Filezilla and Winscp. Using the correct username but it doesn’t work. I just copy and paste the password so it is not a typo error. Please double check. I got this error:
Connection timed out Error: Could not connect to serverOctober 18, 2016 at 2:23 am #1220426

LelyModeratorHi There,
I really can’t connect even retyping the password. But then when I visit your site on a browser I saw
The www.keenondeen.com page isn’t working www.keenondeen.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500It should be accessible at least. Please check this link:http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
It would be better if you can check in with your hosting provider. If this is just a an update issue, it should be loading the error. Do let us know how this goes.

muaawiyahtuckerParticipantI went to that website which is how I discovered that it was something to do with the X theme, as when I delete the theme I can regain access to my site. But then I thought, why not leave it and come to those who made X and find out how it can be fixed. I did that debug thing you asked me to do and posted the response above. I really need some help with this.
