this is a clean install using the Integrity 10 demo
I can’t for the life of me find out where the background image is
It’s not in Customise/Layout and Design
It’s not on the individual pages
and it’s not in the media library

I’m trying to replace it so when you can tell me where it is please can you tell me what size it should be.

Hi there,

Please remove this image from ‘Page settings’ box in home page. If there is no image, add a temporary background image and save the page. Next remove the image and resave the page.
If you need further assist, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

What size should the background image be?

Hi there,

I was able to fix this by adding and removing background image under Customize -> Layout and design.
Background image dimensions should be around 1200*900px.

aha, I didn’t think of that, thank you!
1200 tiles and I don’t want the background tiling, how can I fix that please – what size was the original girl with toy image?

Hi Lisa,

Please remove the background pattern and add it back as background image.
