I just downloaded the latest version of X, but you frequently fail to include the plugins. You have a notice that you now support Revolution Slider 5.2, but I cannot find any link on the dashboard or anywhere to find and download the latest version.

Can you please include the plugins in each update of X, even if the plugin is not updated, so users like me can know that I have the latest version. In the alternative, use the dashboard and provide a link to the latest plugins so that if I need to check or download it, I can.

I don’t understand why you make it so difficult for me to get the latest COMPLETE PACKAGE OF X.

Maybe I am just missing something. Surely you can’t intentionally make it this difficult to find the latest version of Revolution Slider, so kindly tell me what I am missing or what menu will lead me to it.

You can follow what is the latest Revolution Slider available with X at our Changelog.

You can upgrade it on your Wp Admin Dashboard.

Admin dashboard in WP does NOT have upgrade. Revolution Slider wants me to pay them directly to get that feature.

In the past I was able to download the plugin and manually install it. How do I do that?

According to our Version Compatibility article, Latest version of Revolution Slider is v5.2.6 and you should get this version through X Addons menu. Would you check and let us know which version you have currently?

I have version 5.0.9 of Revolution Slider. I downloaded the new 4.6 version of X theme, but was shocked to see no inclusion of the update for Revolution Slider in the zip file.

Why not include it as you have in past zip updates? Why make it so difficult for users to stay updated on theme components? And if I log into X theme dashboard, why not give me a link to download the latest plugins that go with X theme?

My experience is that you presently provided an update to X theme and Revolution Slider. I downloaded the X theme update because it is offered on the dashboard. Where do I find the Revolution Slider update?

You should be able to get Revolution Slider v5.2.6 on your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Updates.

If you can´t find it there, please provide us your WP Admin credentials so we can take a closer look.

Thanks for the clarifications! If you have validated X, you will be able to update the plugin with automatic updates via Dashboard > Updates > Plugins section. If you haven’t validated, you may download the x_package.zip from your Themeforest account downloads section.

OK, so better to get theme updates from Envato and NOT you! Got it! (I would strongly suggest you put such a message on the dashboard so other users don’t have to waste 4 days thinking they can get updates from you when they cannot.)
