brettfarisParticipantHello
I have attached a image of a prompt that appears on the bottom of our webiste (pssfriends.org).
When I go into Cornerstone, I cannot highlight it as a section to delete. It just appears.
I did install ConvertKit plugin yesterday and it has a blue style which matches ConvertKit. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I didn’t add a section at the bottom of page, just appeared today.
Any insight, I would appreciate.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
That does´t look like a 404 page of X.
According to your description it is possible is ConvertKit.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

brettfarisParticipantThank you Joao, that worked. It was Convert Kit issue. Once I deactivated that plug-in, the prompt went away. Do I let Convert Kit know about this issue?

ChristianModeratorYes. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
