ConvertPlug requires us to add a css class to our buttons in order to trigger a modal manually. I looked for the field that’s supposed to be in each buttons options on the left, but to my dismay I cannot find a class field for adding the ConvertPlug class for triggering.

It’s clearly shown in the video here, but it’s missing from my Cornerstone interface: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53evC1A-4UE

Where has that Class field gone? How do I get it back?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

It should be there unless there is something that prevents it from displaying. It’s located where ID and Style fields are, and on the bottom of every element that you inspect.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks!
