I’m planning to build a new site on e.g http://www.developsite.com and to migrate it with All in One WP Migration plug in to e.g. http://www.realsite.com. At what stage I have to assign the validation code to http://www.realist.com?

Thanks for writing in!

You can reassign your validation code anytime once you successfully migrated your site. Follow this thread for more information about product validation :
