    Hi guys 🙂

    Come across quite a few topics related to this – we can’t import the agency theme. Managed to import Band just fine so a little lost as to what I can do to solve this issue.

    Literally done a fresh install of WP today with X so drives are empty and all should be fine. Any pointers appreciate!

    Hi there,

    Can you please ask your hosting provider to update your PHP version to at least PHP v5.6.0 or above and see if that helps. I see currently you’re running PHP version 5.4.45.
