    Hi there,

    The “We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.” pop up while I was importing the INTEGRITY 1 demo first time.
    I have read the troubleshooting advice, and edit the config.php to

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    also,

    http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cache

    Still, I can’t import this demo to my site.

    Could you guys help me? Thanks in advance.

    Please backup your site and let us know which demo you want to setup. Please provide us with URL and login credentials and confirm if we have permission to try to set it up for your.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the credentials. Your common configurations like PHP Max Script Execute Time, PHP Memory Limit, PHP version (v5.6.23) seems to be fine.

    Would you mind providing us with your FTP credentials also to investigate this issue?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the credentials, I was able to setup the demo integrity 1 on your site. Though I’m not entirely sure what was the issue as the demo successfully imported on second try. Seems to be a server related issue.
