warwebdesignsParticipantHi. This is my 10th Theme X installation, and I’ve never received this error before. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still unsure how to fix the problem. Please help! Have tried all troubleshooting solutions. Have even added .user.ini file with the following:
memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 90M
post_max_size = 85M
max_execution_time = 800
max_input_time = 800Actually tried to install on 2 separate / new website installations. Neither are working.

Can you please check your server permission and see if the permissions set correctly?
Here is a link for more information:

warwebdesignsParticipantAs I stated earlier, I did try that approach, and it didn’t alter the fact that I couldn’t install the theme. Tried once again. No dice.

warwebdesignsParticipantHey, thought I’d check in once more here. Really hopeful that we find a fix! Sure have loved working with this theme thus far, and was planning to continue using it for all of my clients. Please let me know of any updates. Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! We have tried over and over regretfully we are having a difficulty in connecting with your ftp.

After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
Please let us know how it goes.

warwebdesignsParticipantPlease disregard this post. I moved from GoDaddy Managed Word Press to GoDaddy CPanel, and that has resolved the issue.
