    Dear Support,

    I experienced this weird situation: when Woocommerce (2.5.5) is installed I am totally unable to access to Dashboard->Appearance->Customize anymore !

    I got this message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /usr/www/users/siuaai/wp-includes/meta.php on line 841

    As soon as I deactivate Woocommerce everything is back to normal.

    Could you help please?

    Please check this section https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/ and start with Not Working or Showing a White Screen.

    You should increase your site’s memory limit. If you’re not sure with this setup, then it’s best to contact your hosting provider.
