logogloParticipantThis is a strange one, and I cant get my head around it.
If you go here:
The “about jonny rees” section is meant to have a background image. Its not showing, I have changed it to 3 different ones, all with a red color, and it still just shows the red background. BUT when I change it for an older image it works! the image shows….very strange, help me get to the bottom of this please.
Thanks.

JadeModeratorHi there,
The file http://www.monkeytoes.me/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/background_Jonny.jpg seems to be an incorrect file path.
Would you mind trying to check your image files and make sure that the image is uploaded correctly?
Thank you.

RupokMemberHi there,
The path is not correct so the image is not there. Maybe somehow it was deleted or that was not uploaded correctly. We can’t tell you what happened because you know better what you did.
Thanks!

logogloParticipantOk, so I uploaded it to the media library. Then I went to the page to edit it, and chose the pic as the background, but it is still not showing it! help, I have no idea whats going on.
i went to inspect it, (see screenshot) and its showing the old photo url, why isnt this updating to the new one? I have done everything right.
If I got to replace it with any other photo, it works, so why not with the new ones? and I have uploaded various others and its not working….

logogloParticipantIt should be showing this image:
http://www.monkeytoes.me/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/gregback.jpg
I just tried it with the map background, and the same, it doesnt show, yet when I put the map image back, it shows.
So I made a test page…top band should have the red background photo, but its blank, the bottom is the map:
http://www.monkeytoes.me/test/
If I look at the source, its pointing to an old photo: (Jonnyback.jpg)
<div id=”x-content-band-1″ class=”x-content-band vc bg-image” style=”background-image: url(http://www.monkeytoes.me/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Jonnyback.jpg); background-color: transparent; padding-top: 200px; padding-bottom: 200px;”><div class=”x-container wpb_row”>
<div class=”x-column x-sm vc x-1-1″ style=”” ></div></div></div>
<div id=”x-content-band-2″ class=”x-content-band vc bg-image” style=”background-image: url(http://www.monkeytoes.me/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/map2.jpg); background-color: transparent; padding-top: 200px; padding-bottom: 200px;”><div class=”x-container wpb_row”>
<div class=”x-column x-sm vc x-1-1″ style=”” ></div></div></div>This should be pointing to http://www.monkeytoes.me/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/gregback.jpg
so why is it not updating??

logogloParticipantI had to go into ftp and upload to that directory a file named Jonnyback.jpg, that has fixed it, no idea why it wasnt working. You might want to check for a bug?
