    HI,
    I validated my website a long while back but is now saying i am not.

    Also, when trying to add the Purchase code again it is saying it is being used somewhere else.

    But according to my information on the MY licenses page it shows all ok.

    Any help please.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! As we have revised our product validation process recently, you will need to have the latest X theme and Cornerstone versions in-order to validate your site properly. You can see the latest version numbers here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    You can manually update it once (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/) and then you will receive automatic updates for future update releases.

    I am reading a lot but not getting anywhere.

    https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ this doesnt work because the page i am getting asks me to register.

    I am on version 4.1.1

    cornerstone is 1.0.6 it is not telling me there is another version 1.2.4

    Is it not possible to 1/ re validate the purchase 2/ do automatic downloads.

    bit confused and worried about mannual.

    let me know how i move forward with this and get up to date and able to improve this website.

    obviously as not validated i cant upload any extensions although i have visual composer and slider revolution which i have used from the beginning.

    please follow this link and update your theme manually : https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
    Next validate your product and update plugins from WP dashboard.

    It wont work using ftp drag and drop.

    So will have to try deleteing X and then re uploading.

    Hi There

    Please do the following.

    1. Revoke your API key from X Addons section (check the bottom of the page) and also remove it from your license page on Themeco.

    https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/

    2. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.

    3. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)

    4. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section.

    5. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.
