Our company website was done with X’s Renew stack, check it out!

We are currently working on doing some customization to the portfolio pages, so they are not all live right now.

    Hi all,

Loving X and the different results I’m seeing from the same templates. I moved from Joomla and coding (pretty bad at it) to WordPress and went straight for X. Still lots to learn and play with.

    Any feedback welcome!!

So I am really embarrassed after looking at all of the amazing sites here.

I really love the oasis centre site. It is definitely something to aspire to in design.

Here is my site. All creative criticism is welcome.

Hi Sqwooshie – It’s coming together nicely. I noticed a few formatting things. The section with the 3 blue circles had the icons covering up the titles. There’s also a couple big sections of white that I think are missing some elements. The counter wasn’t working at the bottom for me either, so just wanted to pass all that along in case you were still working on it.

Hi Surfchilled – Thanks for sharing! I would continue to work on formatting the text and different sections as the left/right margin feels a bit much and a little too narrow on the vertical margin of text with the container. Beyond that taking care of some of the formatting details on things like the contact page, etc as the elements are pushed against the container borders and feel a little off size wise compared to the other elements on the page.

Hi Jonathan – Nice to see some more pages built completely with Cornerstone…looking good…thanks for sharing!

Hi Montereymtb – That Oasis Center is certainly one of my favorites! I think you’re off to a good start. I’d play around with some general formatting. The 3 sections of accordion items on the home page don’t have any margin in the container, so I would definitely add something there then just make sure the spacing of the various elements on the page are balanced to the size of the images/copy.

Just launched our website http://thebelliesproject.com. It’s a self-movement project to educate people on healthy food in Indonesia.

Still looking for ways to improve the site. Any feedbacks will be appreciated.

    Thanks guys!

PS: pardon for the loading speed if it’s slow 🙂

Looking good, Swsalim! It loaded pretty fast for me.

It looks very clean and professional. I might look for ways to break up some of the big chunks of text as it feels a bit text heavy in places, but it’s coming together nicely!

OK, guys, this is now converted to Cornerstone http://www.catrain.co.uk . It was done in VC originally. One problem to fix is the mobile version separates text and images on the front page links.

We got the sidebar menu widget working by cut and pasting the code to each page as a workaround

For those who ask about Woocommerce that is working fine from the customers point of view. Using soliliquy as slider

Thanks for sharing Chris! The next update will have various new features and enhancements in Cornerstone including a Widget Element. Glad to know everything else if working fine for you.

    Cheers!

That is probably a different take on how to use “X” . The aim was simple and direct. What I will say is that converting from the VC version was very quick with the use of notepad to cut and edit code. We have another site to convert http://www.fighter-collection.com where I think cornerstone will let us use our imagination. For obvious reasons that will be after mid-July!

Thanks Kyle for the kind words and advice.

Yea, totally agreed that the text is pretty heavy right now. Gonna find ways to break up the information and present it in a better way to the viewer.
