Hello everyone!

I was honored to get the opportunity to design a website for Outward Bound International – Croatia.

This is my first project in X, and certainly not the last.

Website is 100% SEO optimized, W3C validated, it gets the Yslow grade “A” and it is conversion-centered design. Several usability testings were made at all design stages, and the owners of the website went through extensive education about Content marketing & SEO copyrighting. It has WPML integration and lot of security measures implemented. A new visual identity is achieved by the use of consistent color palette and a lot of custom PSD graphics.

X provided an excellent head-start. It is great for SEO and speed! It is so customizable that almost any design can be achieved. And when you are stuck, there is the best customer support ever! 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to share your first site..definitely looking forward to seeing the other ones. A couple of things that are really strong positives for me are the use of the red background color as an accent for the titles of the pages and the “Request Quote” in the sidebar. The big, strong call to action at the bottom is also great as it gives a clear path with regards to what you want the visitors to do next. The only small thing I would pass on would be that at least for me, the first time I visited the page it took quite a while to load. I noticed one of the images in the slider was about 233KB so I would look into further processing those and any other large sized graphics and possibly talking to your host. After the initial load, everything was moving along nicely but that initial load was a bit.

Congrats, fireboy and thanks for sharing! That’s a creative name and love seeing the premium price points of the respective services you all offer. Too often there is a race to the bottom in terms of price when for most buyers a higher price is not always a deal breaker (and many times part of the reason they are inclined to try a particular service because of the perceived value of a higher price as opposed to something that offers too much for too little).
