This might be considered too plain-Jane, but I’ll put it out there anyway. Would love feedback and suggestions.
Vandertech provides IT support service mostly to CT but also to Western MA and a few remote locations. We’d like to use X as the theme platform for many more website gigs. I’m playing with the ICON stack right now. I’d really like to introduce more color and graphics with that sweet parallax effect. Right now I’m focused on SEO. Happy to take any suggestions there too.
I’d also recommend using Better WordPress Minify for js and css minifcation. Really helped our YSlow rating at vandertech.

I’m going to look through the showcase, having just purchased the theme, but if there are any users who have created a solid “magazine” type theme with Theme X, please point me in the direction of your sites!!

AJ – Thanks. I’m hosting with Bluehost. Using the total cache plugin, but the real speed boost came after I enabled cloudflare, which has made it at least 3-4 times faster.

Nice work. Are you using the free version of Cloudflare or you subscribed to a paid version?
Free version through Bluehost. Rocket Loader is turned on, which made even more significant speed improvements.
