Ok here I come 😀
December 5, 2014 at 4:21 pm #159146Hi Neil – Appreciate the kind words and think you’re off to a great start on the site. It’s clean and organized.
You got it, Paul!
Hi Awecesar – Site looks great. It’s a creative way to present your blog…very engaging. I might try to configure the fonts a bit more as it looks like they are the stock size/color/weight, and I think it could be be more impactful a little larger and with some more breaks in the chunks of text. Just a small thing as I think the overall bones are very good.
December 5, 2014 at 4:44 pm #159166You got me! I really haven’t done much to the fonts!:D Thanks for the feedback.
December 5, 2014 at 6:55 pm #159240My pleasure!
December 6, 2014 at 7:21 am #159426OK, after many frustrating weeks I’m (just about) there, so I thought I’d throw my hat into the ring…
Thanks
December 6, 2014 at 10:08 am #159462Well it came out beautifully, Gee! Really nice work using Integrity and some of our new Extensions (the two I could see on first pass were the Olark integration and Smooth Scroll).
December 6, 2014 at 10:16 am #159466The Kexino site is great! Well done. I love the home page and contact page.
December 7, 2014 at 12:29 am #159707Thanks for your feedback Kyle!
I will try to set up my second menu in there, as it will make my main menu bar more clean.
Your support is always great and much appreciated!December 7, 2014 at 12:31 am #159708Hey awecesar, Just looked at your website and loved it! I’m a huge tennis fan, and I’ve been lucky to see some of the greatest champions playing in London. I will bookmark your site (I also like the layout, it’s quite clear and intuitive, well done!)
December 7, 2014 at 3:22 am #159749Thanks Chris (and Kyle, of course). Kyle FYI the Olark integration was done manually (I’ve been using Olark for years).
One thing that I’ve noticed since moving my site to x is how much optimization the theme can take (e.g. minfying CSS, HTML and Javascript, and even asynchronously loading Javascript) without an issue. A clear testament to the quality of coding. Well done, guys.
The site still needs more optimization. I’ve had to temporarily disable my CDN due to the Firefox issue with Font Awesome, and reconfiguring my webserver (I’m running nginx) is proving to be rather challenging! However even without the CDN I’m getting 89% from Pingdom – so there’s clearly no rush 🙂
December 7, 2014 at 9:03 am #159829You’re most welcome, Clelia!
Happy to hear that Gee! We are always on the lookout for ways to make things as efficient and optimized as possible on the theme’s end, so we’re happy to hear your real world experience. If you get a second and wouldn’t mind doing so, we’d love to have you share this in our public comments over at ThemeForest as this is a topic that comes up a fair bit in questions from people, so I know they would appreciate hearing an actual customer’s perspective.
December 8, 2014 at 1:10 pm #160631I’ve built this site for a client: http://taxilt.com
It was a low budget site (= very basic site) it was fairly easy to make thanks to the X framework (it has a lot of custom CSS, though) and hopefully it will be improved over the years.
It was also my first site made with X. I’ve learned a lot about it and had a lot of fun making it!!
December 8, 2014 at 1:54 pm #160660Great job, Alejandro…and thanks for your thoughts! We look forward to continuing to work with you and see what you come up with next. As always, thank-you for the repeat business! It keeps the lights on around here 🙂
December 8, 2014 at 3:33 pm #160708Thanks for the reply! I have added and changed a few things around. Im now working on changing the “home” landing page to make it a bit clearer. My homepage have shifted in use & vision a bit since i first started it and “home” feels fairly outdated. I love working with this theme, makes editing such a joy 🙂
December 8, 2014 at 5:27 pm #160766Thanks a lot, Jonathan! That’s what we love to hear 🙂
