Here is my latest site based on the Renew theme: http://guitartheoryandtechniquebook.com . It is the first time I have used bbpress and buddy press and it was very easy to set up. All I need now are forum members!
September 17, 2014 at 7:26 pm #106891That’s great to hear, Paul!
If you build it, they (members) will come 🙂
September 18, 2014 at 9:53 am #107235Thanks Kyle. I hope that is the case! 🙂

September 18, 2014 at 6:21 pm #107650Good day everyone! First and foremost, thank you and congratulations to everyone here who has shared their virtual intellectual property with all of us. I am well aware of the time and effort creating these sites takes as well as the “nerve” to share them with total strangers. So kudos to everyone here!
Now that that’s out of the way, I’ve literally searched this whole 43 page thread looking at all of the different sites to get ideas because I’m a complete newbie with all this WP stuff. One site that REALLY stood out to me is this one:
http://christianadrianbrown.com/
This is mainly because of the slider animation settings. I’m a person who literally just paid for a video intro specifically for the Integrity theme AND complete with audio. That is, until I ran across a few links in this thread stating NOT to use audio and carousel sliders, which is literally what I had intended to do.
That being said, can someone PLEASE help walk me through recreating the slide/animation settings step-by-step as the aforementioned site has done? I am willing to pay for those services as well as I am in desperate need.
Please help me out you guys. I’ve “emotionally attached” myself to it already…haha! *Cheers*

September 18, 2014 at 6:39 pm #107656Hi May,
Thanks for the kind words…I would agree with you that there are some absolutely incredible showcase examples here…the Themeco community is quite creative!!
Regretfully, we cannot provide instructions on customizations or customer specific customizations, however if you have any specific questions on how features in the theme work, one of our developers will be happy to assist in a new thread in the forum (so we can keep this one focused on showcase examples)
Cheers!
September 18, 2014 at 7:04 pm #107664Hey Kyle.
Wow, you guys are FAST!
I totally understand Kyle regarding your response and respect it as well. I do remember a comment from a member named “Adam G” in that he was offering web optimization configs w/cloudflare and the lik. So I did wonder if that was available on the design side as far as mirroring something we liked that we saw as well.
Thanks again for your response and for being so fast about it.
*Raises Glass* -Cheers-
September 18, 2014 at 8:16 pm #107690You’re most welcome, May!
We are in the process of building out the team and functionality to be able to offer those customers – who wish to take advantage – customization services in the very near future, so stay tuned to the member center for that when it is available.
Our 2.5.0 release today is the first release that builds in the foundation for many exciting new features and enhancements that our team has been hard at work on for several months now…features we are VERY excited to get out to our wonderful customers in the coming months. We certainly appreciate having you in the Themeco family, and look forward to continuing to serve!
All my best,
KyleSeptember 19, 2014 at 4:35 pm #108322Is the themeco blog design available for download? Would love to implement it on a personal blog!!!
September 19, 2014 at 8:06 pm #108433No, I’m afraid it isn’t as it was something custom we developed. Glad you are enjoying it!
September 20, 2014 at 7:53 pm #108914Ah, okay.. Just seemed to be a nice hero image then a one column layout, lol. Maybe we are talking about two different things. Either way, thanks!
September 20, 2014 at 8:49 pm #108946Hi Wayne,
Yep… we’re talking about the same thing (Themeco Blog – http://theme.co/blog). Perhaps an idea for a future stack or functionality 🙂
Cheers, my friend!
September 21, 2014 at 1:33 am #109039Ah yes, great minimal design! Cheers!
September 22, 2014 at 12:15 am #109419This is my very simple website for an author.
September 22, 2014 at 8:30 am #109740Hi Sandra,
Simple can still be effective. Nice job! The color palette works nicely together.
