September 4, 2014 at 7:36 pm #98851For the site, http://socialprofit.biz/ Love your opt-in! How did you manage to get such a great looking opt in? Im new to wordpress and X, but am getting the gist of it quickly. Love that opt in and am looking for something very similar for my site.
Thanks!

That particular site is not using X, nor do I see an optin anywhere.
Cheers!

September 7, 2014 at 2:38 pm #100305Hi Don,
Thanks for sharing…I noticed that your navigation was pushed down to the next line due to the number of navigation elements you have and the size of your logo. I would consider either 1) consolidating some of those menu items or 2) sizing down the size of the logo so that everything could fit in the header area.
Cheers!
September 8, 2014 at 3:51 pm #100985Hi all!
I created 2 sites in one to separate my commercial photography and video from my fine art work.
Iβm still tweaking in a few areas and plan to keep updating the content, but Iβm mostly concerned with the user interface of the site itself.
I look forward to any comments or suggestions.September 8, 2014 at 6:27 pm #101062Hi Deidra,
You definitely added a lot of creativity and individuality! I think it was a wise move to separate the two types of “sites” as they definitely have different things going on and since they are so unique in their design/presentation I think it a better option to do that. Since they are linked to together, I would look for ways to repeat certain design elements if possible (especially from a navigation point of view) so people can have a sense of consistency throughout. You may still be working through some of those finer details as you mentioned above that you were still in the tweaking phase so just wanted to pass that along as a little food for thought. Very creative customizations…
Cheers!
