Hi Guys,
Really cool stuff! It’s so great to see some of the incredible creativity of many in the Themeco community. Lovecoms, that is very classic yet modern way to showcase a food oriented site…and now I’m hungry 🙂
A big thanks to all for sharing. Keep ’em coming!
October 8, 2015 at 5:07 am #616378Hi Timmid,
that is a plugin called “Superfly – menu” you can buy that on Codecanyon. You can customize the plugin then…

Using Renew stack and a very limited palette of 2 colours. Bespoke photo shoot and some nice web fonts for headlines, matching the new school brand (Darlena).
October 9, 2015 at 8:29 am #618081Hello everyone!
I am really loving using X theme, and really appreciate the support that you guys offer. It’s great seeing all of the different designs that people have been able to come up with using this theme. I also read quite a lot of praise about Cornerstone, which I have yet to use but I will definitely look into it now!
Here is my Graphic Design and Illustration website which I created using X Theme:
October 9, 2015 at 10:28 am #618259Hi Pylon – Wonderful site! Everything is laid out extremely well, the colors work well, and the tailored graphics/photos bring it all to life. This is a great example of how to organize a site with a lot of content in a clean and organized way. Nice job!
Hi Nylelevi – Very nice! Aside from being immensely talented on the design front (kudos to you for that), the site is laid out really well for a modern portfolio. I love how you have kept it focused and streamlined with links to your work and a place to contact you. One small thought might be on your contact page to list the various services you offer to help pre-screen people a bit so they can know that before reaching out. I like how you have left off pricing (could see that going either way with including it or not) as it does make it slightly more likely they will at least reach out to find out what you charge. Thanks for sharing your work with us!
October 9, 2015 at 1:14 pm #618504Hi everyone,
Here’s a site I’m just finishing up using the Ethos template, one page menu and flat buttons/icons. Would love to have it considered for the themeco showcase site.
Please provide your comments. Curious how light it is on page load and scrolling responsiveness as I’m using parallax.
Thanks for making this possible themeco!
October 9, 2015 at 3:22 pm #618711Hi Ropfer,
Absolutely love the site! Very well laid out and responds beautifully (and fast) as I was navigating around. Many thanks for the kind words as well. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
Fight the good fight,
KyleOctober 9, 2015 at 4:52 pm #618842Thank you to Themeco for providing the X Theme and allowing me to create this website.
I had a lot of fun creating it!
Hope you all like it…

October 10, 2015 at 8:01 am #619403arrowmultimedia.ca is my companies website and we also did one up for a pizza place and built an ordering procedure on it as well. Pending sale 😉
October 10, 2015 at 11:55 am #619562Hi Kyle,
Thank you for the nice comments and for the feedback on my website! I agree that adding a services area is a great idea and I will be adding one very shortly.
Thanks again
NyleOctober 10, 2015 at 4:14 pm #619764Hi Javier – Very nice use of the Integrity 1 Demo and then customizing it to your site. You even used the Content Dock as well 🙂 Nice work, and thanks for sharing your site and for the kind words!
Hi Arrowmultimedia – Thanks for sharing your work with us…it’s coming together very nicely. I did want to pass on that the button was a bit hard to read on the services band given the color of the button and the background (similar issue on the big pizza background and order button on that site). A big thanks for the repeat business! We look forward to continuing to work with you.
You’re most welcome, Nyle!
October 12, 2015 at 5:58 am #621351The first few days, I’m not going to lie, I wanted to punch the theme right between the eyes and burn it alive. That said, after I started to understand how it worked, it suddenly became a lot more flexible.
I’ve launched the first version, which I will continue to edit as and when I find flaws.
Thanks,
DanielOctober 12, 2015 at 8:06 am #621486We’ve all been there Daniel 🙂 Kuddos for pushing through and taking some to learn the ins and outs! The site is coming together nicely…thank-you for sharing it with us.
October 12, 2015 at 6:14 pm #622383I was using a previous free theme and i recently changed to theme X. I have been customizing my website for 4-5 days now and I want you guys to take a look at t and give reviews, suggestion and corrections. I will very much appreciate it. http://virtualfootballprofits.com/
October 13, 2015 at 4:31 pm #623870Hi Nassyblue,
Thanks for sharing your site with us! I would spend some time on finer formatting things such as the font size, positioning of things like the “Read More” text as it was out of alignment, share tool is overlapping content in your sidebar, etc. Overall the page feels a bit busy and distracting to me with all the different things competing for my attention from the ads on the right to the hellobar-like optin to the send me a note message and full page optin overlay. I would really try to hone in on what your desired actions are for your site (one thing is possible but no more then a couple) and optimize the presentation of your content around those clearly defined calls to action.
Hope that helps, my friend!
