borinqenParticipantHello.
I have finished my site and noticed that the sidebars were not showing up on my screen when I knew that I had added them. I thought it might have to do with the resolution and I asked on the forum. I was told that “yes” I would have to change the resolution of the screen. I zoomed out on my screen and I was able to then see the sidebars. The problem is that my clients are having the same issue. They are not seeing the site as it truly looks, I am having to tell them to zoom out of the screen in order for them to see the site the way they should. This is a problem because I cannot control the screen settings of everyone viewing the site and this means that not everyone will see the site the way it really looks. I have never had this issue before. What can I do?June 15, 2016 at 10:24 am #1043416

You will see the red malware page, however, this is because the old site was infected with Malware which is why I created a new page. The new page has no Malware but Google has not removed the red page yet. I have submitted the site to them and I am still waiting.Tks.

JadeModeratorHi there,
Thanks for the details. Is it the sidebar that shows up in the inner pages that you are trying to describe? I checked on the pages and the sidebar displays correctly without needing the page to be zoomed out. See screenshot.

borinqenParticipantThat is what you’re seeing because your resolution may be correct, however, I see something different and so did my customer. My customer saw it the same way that I do, with the sidebar at the bottom of the page. It all depends on the resolution that you have the page which should not be the case. The site should adjust like many other sites that I have done. This is way my customers and I see the site.

RupokMemberHi there,
Nano sidebar will collapse on the screen size less than 1200px. SO if you want to keep the sidebar for smaller screens as well, you can follow this reply – https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/possible-to-have-sidebar-not-drop-down-on-ipad/#post-59354
Let’s change the values with your own and remove page ID from CSS code. Let us know if you fave any issue.
Cheers!
