All of a sudden, my website is not loading correctly, and I’m getting several ‘Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined’ error logs in the inspector.

I haven’t touched any of the theme files in a while, so I’m not sure why this error is suddenly showing up.

    My website URL is http://www.shopzen.io

Sorry, what do you mean by ‘activate x’?

    Hi there,

Currently you’re using some other theme, please switch to x theme. You can do this under Appearance -> Themes.

    Thanks.

The X – Child theme is active right now, and I have been using that since the start, so that cannot be the issue.

I see you’ve used several caching plugins. Please try uninstalling them completely. Check each plugin’s documentation to learn how. Basically, there would be caching folder somewhere in wp-content and lines of code left in wp-config.php. You need to remove them.

Also, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you have custom scripts in Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global Javascript and functions.php, remove them as well.]

    Thanks.
