rvevainaParticipantAll of a sudden, my website is not loading correctly, and I’m getting several ‘Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined’ error logs in the inspector.
I haven’t touched any of the theme files in a while, so I’m not sure why this error is suddenly showing up.
My website URL is http://www.shopzen.io

Please activate X and check again.
Thanks.

rvevainaParticipantSorry, what do you mean by ‘activate x’?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Currently you’re using some other theme, please switch to x theme. You can do this under Appearance -> Themes.
Thanks.

rvevainaParticipantThe X – Child theme is active right now, and I have been using that since the start, so that cannot be the issue.

ChristianModeratorI see you’ve used several caching plugins. Please try uninstalling them completely. Check each plugin’s documentation to learn how. Basically, there would be caching folder somewhere in
wp-contentand lines of code left inwp-config.php. You need to remove them. Also, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you have custom scripts in Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global Javascript and functions.php, remove them as well.]
Thanks.
