Brock BParticipantI have two websites currently. One of them runs X Theme and it works beautifully. My wife and I are about to build a third site and are considering going with X theme again. We really love it and part of the reason we love it is the support that you get with it. All of that said….
My wife’s website has been acting odd this weekend. Her last 4 or 5 blog entries haven’t been appearing. We didn’t notice this until yesterday when she got on her website from an outside computer and the last blog entry was 2 months ago.
I checked the website from home and everything was perfectly fine and how it should be. We asked a few friends to check it on their phones and computers and everyone said the same thing as my wife. Turns out, only the computers at home show a current version of the blog. It’s almost as if the site stepped back 2 months. When my wife logs in as an administrator from any computer but home, the media that was used for the newer blogs are gone as well. I don’t even understand how that’s possible. Any particular reason for this? WordPress is completely updated.
So essentially, we are updating the site like normal. Checking it from our computers and checking it from our phones to make sure it looks good and turns out, it’s not showing outsiders like it would show us.
The only issue is her site is not X Theme. I know you may not be able to help us, but we are getting desperate at this point. Her theme has terrible support and I can’t get any help from wordpress. We are getting lots of inquiries for work this week and having a website that isn’t working is tough. Thanks so much for anything you can do.
Her website is http://www.whitneymorgan.photography/blog

RupokMemberHi there,
Your given site is not even loading on my end and it seems down. However as it’s not by X, unfortunately we can’t assist on this. It would be better if you reach to your hosting provider and ask them if anything was changed meantime. They will be best to address the issue if something was changed. I don’t think it’s a theme issue but you will need to contact to theme developer.
Kindly consider this thread as closed. If you have any question regarding X, you are welcome to open a new thread. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Cheers!
