    Hello,

    I’m having issues with my website displaying in IE. Displays fine in chrome and firefox. In IE it just displays “RRRRQ”. Which I have no idea what that means.

    wordress: version 4.5.2
    Visual Composer: version 4.11.2.1
    X Version: version 4.2.2

    When I started using X theme I was still on Visual Composer and did not make the switch to Cornerstone. Cornerstone actually started crashing my site so I just removed it. I have some experience using wordpress, html and css, but am no expert. This specific site is built using x child theme.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Please update your X theme and remove x-shortcode then install the latest cornerstone. X theme works great with cornerstone installed.

    Hi There,

    This issue is weird, are you sure the site shows on IE with a different theme? If that is the case would you mind re-uploading the X|Theme? Deleting the one that is currently installed on your site.

    If this does not work, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in private reply, so we can take a closer look.

    Hey there,

    We would advise you to reinstall everything from scratch. Apart from that, we can not recommend any plugin or solution which we haven’t tested with the theme.
