Antony HParticipantMy site is messed up on mobile. If I resize the browser window it works fine but on an android phone it’s all over the shop and I’m not sure why. Please help!

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks, when I check the site I saw the styling issue not only on mobile but on desktop too. Then I see that your X|Theme and Cornerstone is out of date. But then when I reload the page it has been updated and the styling is all fine. So it seems someone is working on the site now.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

Antony HParticipantGood morning guys, thanks so much for taking a look at this for me.
No one has worked on the site I’m afraid and the issue is still ongoing. I’ve tested it on a few different devices and the problem is still there even when refreshing and using Incognito tabs. I’m attaching a screenshot that might help.
Please could I just confirm that you’re looking at the correct site [sweet sensations]? As far as I can see, both X and Cornerstone are up to date, as is WordPress.

Antony HParticipantIf you need them, login details are above as per the earlier request π

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please go to your Addons tab, revoke your validation.
Access your site via FTP remove X Theme and Install it again.
Go back to addons and validate your theme.
None of your work will be lost since your changes are stored in the database.

Antony HParticipantHi Joao, thanks for your help. Okay, I just followed those instructions, but unfortunately I get exactly the same issue on mobile.
Thanks.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I Can confirm the issue, but it is quite uncommon.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

Antony HParticipantThanks Joao, sadly that was one of the first things I tried [please see earlier posts] and it didn’t work π

FriechModeratorHi There,
So the site looks like this when the user/viewer is login.
And if not it looks like this. This is the one I’m referring to as not updated.
This is more likely a caching related issue, please contact your hosting and confirm that the site has no Server Side Caching feature.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
