    My web page takes a long time to load.

    It is taking me forever to keep updating and waiting for it to complete.

    I can provide the URL for you guys to take a look at it.

    I have checked on other computers and fast internet connections and it’s still really slow.

    I have tried all the suggestions on that page and the issue still exists unfortunately

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey There,

    Please install “P3 (Plugin performance profiler) plugin and it’ll give you an idea of which plugin is using most of your resources and you can either disable it or find an alternative.

    This would be the first step into performance optimization.
