Please help fix my website or teach me how to reinstall X the easiest possible way. I tried deactivating and reactivating…no luck. I tried installing the latest zip file…it failed to install. I tried installing the X.zip file…it also failed.

Thanks for writing in!
Try installing it using your FTP. Following steps will give you more information about it.
1. Go to your Downloads page in your ThemeForest profile.
2. Locate the Download button next to X and click it. Upon clicking the Download button, a dropdown should appear.
3. Select All files & documentation from the dropdown to begin downloading a .zip file containing X within.
4. Once you have downloaded this .zip file to your computer, uncompress it by double-clicking on it. This will reveal an unzipped version of a folder that contains documentation, demo content, photoshop files, and the X theme itself.
5. Locate the unzipped version of X within this package folder.
6. Connect to your server via FTP(using filezilla) and navigate to your /wp-content/themes/ directory.
7. Drag and drop the uncompressed version of X into this directory.
