    Hi,

    Unfortunately following on from my previous issue with an error page after updating the theme and cornerstone, my website has now crashed completely.

    Am now getting this error message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Cornerstone_Router in /home/shateced/public_html/www.thesapling.sg/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/common/class-router.php on line 432

    Please could you help take a look at this issue please? My client is super pissed now. Thank u very much.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey again,

    Just chiming in with some more information. Did you perhaps update over FTP? Or some method other than the WordPress updater? In Cornerstone 1.2.0, that file was moved to a more appropriate folder, and shouldn’t exist in two places, but looks like it does on your site.

    You can resolve this by deleting this file:

    /wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/builder/class-router.php

    Although I would recommend reinstalling Cornerstone entirely, just to be sure no other files are missing or misplaced.

    Hi There,

    Fixed!

    Your code was missing a closing > and this was breaking the syntax of Cornerstone.

    The correct code is 

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://yghj.formstack.com/forms/js.php/magentowise_co”></script><noscript>Online Form – Magento-Wise.co</noscript>
