    Hi there, I have updated my x-Theme from a very old version to the newest and after a few hours my website collapse. The website brings a “HTTP Error 500” So then I need to make a backup from my hoster with the old settings. Any help ?

    Hi Thomas,

    When updating your theme, make sure to update all your plugins too.

    Here are the latest version numbers.

    Please also note that x-shortcodes has been replaced by cornerstone in the latest version.

    You need to deactivate and delete x-shortcodes plugin.

    Hi there,

    I am not sure if it’s a theme issue as it sounds like a hosting issue. You can reach to your hosting provider and see if they find something.
