I’m working out of Cornerstone with my X Theme, and as I was making changes, my site was loading those changes just fine. Then all of a sudden, as I would make changes, they would not load onto the site. I have tried viewing in different devices, but still the changes are not showing.

I though it was a plugin that I had recently loaded, so I uninstalled all recent plugins, emptied all my caches, but still didn’t work.

I even emptied caches on all my devices, but still the changes are not loading to my site. I have even logged out and logged back into wordpress, but it’s still not working.

Please help…

Hello There,

Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I’d recommend that you clear your caching plugin, and disable it during development. This can cause Customizer changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

Thanks.. deactivating the W3 Total Cache plugin did the trick!! My changes are showing very quickly! Thank you guys so much!
