snaposParticipantHi Guys,
Can someone look at my site http://www.omeganutrition.com.au and perhaps shed some light on why the website has gone like this? The layout seems to be broken and I’m not sure why…

snaposParticipantHi Darshana,
I don’t know what any of that means. Would this have anything to do with me changing the permissions for the public_html folder in FTP?

RahulModeratorHi there,
Kindly reset the file which you have changed (Self experiments are good. However, when it doesn’t work properly, you should reset the thing back so no harm will be made). And then reinstall the plugins back to your site. Your problem will be resolved.

snaposParticipantHi Rahul,
I have reset the permissions via FTP, reinstalled all plugins and reinstalled the theme following these steps: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
Still no luck!
Please see screenshot below, this is what I see in the WordPress dashboard under Themes:

snaposParticipantI think I figured it out… I reset the file permissions on all files to 755 (followed instructions on another thread) and it worked. Is this safe?

Prasant RaiModeratorHello There,
Its fine, just make sure it should not be 777 because that senario there is going to be security loophole in server.
Thanks.
