    Hey, I find my web page and Cornerstone loading up very slowly. Can you please help me?

    Site: primecare.ec
    WordPress version: 4.6.1
    X version: 4.6.4
    Cornerstone Plugin version: 1.3.3

    Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, it seems that your site is under construction mode. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

    Hi there,

    Your site is really slow and it’s not because of cornerstone being slow. Connections are reset, would you mind providing your site’s FTP login credentials as well?

    About the construction mode, it’s due to your site’s cache. I went ahead and cleared it.

    I already contacted my host provider and said that it seems alright with them. What is the problem?

    FTP login credentials aren’t working, please check. I checked again and your site is taking much time to load. Perhaps you may try the optimization ( https://community.theme.co/kb/performance/ )

    I double checked, the FTP credential I gave you are right.

    You should be able to access the c panel following these steps:
    – type 192.185.4.76:2082
    – logging in with username and password provided

    Hi there,

    Thanks it works.

    Could it be related to security? I checked your site here https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/x4cEX/http://primecare.ec/ and the score is about 86 and it loads at 1-2 seconds (Dallas Server). While in a browser, it loads at 15-20seconds seconds. Maybe it’s just on my end, but it’s really slow. I also increased its memory limit and seems like the slowness is consistent.

    Could you try installing P3 plugin and test your site’s speed from your location?

    Hey, I dont think it is just on your end. Since you cleared up the cache the main page became much faster, maybe it has to do something with it. Also I opened my page on another browser and there was an empty page on the main menu that it´s not supposed to be there. I attached the results of the P3 plugin. Hope you can figue it out.
