    Hello,

    The site in question: http://thehealthysoul.net

I am using Amazon Cloudfront for a CDN and have configured the W3 plugin correctly. Otherwise I am using the default settings in W3. I have read your knowledge base article on performance.
There are two issues that I have narrowed down to the minify and cdn portions of W3.

    – When minify is enabled the CSS (or possibly the JS, or both) breaks on the mobile version of the site. Images slide out of the viewport and the mobile navigation menu does not load, instead it degrades back to the desktop nav bar. I am familiar with the plugin and I know I can exclude certain css files or even attempt using another minify method. I need your direction on where to start.

    – With the CDN is enabled the icon font breaks in the theme. Automatically generated icons (such as the menu icon in the mobile nav bar and the social links in the footer) and the ones inserted by an author do not load. I am sure I can exclude the icon font (which I know are already hosted on a cdn to begin with) from caching on the cdn or enable another method of loading it but I am not familiar enough with X to know what to exclude.

Thank you for all your help!

    John

I’m not sure what I did but I was able to get the minifiy to work correctly.
CDN is still causing the issue above.

    Hey John,

We’d love to help you with your concern however, we do not have support for third party plugins and scripts. We recommned that you seek assistance from a WordPress developer to set the caching plugin correctly for you. Our performance tip at http://theme.co/x/member/kb/performance/ might also help.

    Thank you for understanding.
