fishParticipantHi Staff,
I was attempting to edit a page on my site and noticed the text editor ot the visual editor will not open properly and allow me to edit. It automatically reverts back to cornerstone?
Please see video below for better behavior.
https://youtu.be/cGXHty_oCF4I deactivated all plugins cleared all cache and the problem still exist, I have no java errors I’m truly lost as to why this is happening or what could cause it, it was working fine the last time I used it about 3-4 weeks ago..
Best regards,

ThaiModeratorHi There,
Upon checking your website, I see some JS errors.
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

fishParticipantWired I checked java, did you use firebug? I will do as you recommend. I’ve already disabled the plugins about 3 minutes ago and the issue was still there. That might of been when you seen the java errors? Just a moment ago. I will double check.

Rue NelModeratorHello Fish,
When you switch editors, a JS error appears. Please check it here: http://prntscr.com/bktkb9
This can be caused by a plugin or a custom functions that you have added. There are already instances that this issue occurred. You can check out these links and might find a solution:

fishParticipantHi Staff,
This is just an update regarding the above issue, it’s still not resolved on my end.
It’s not X related I do know that.
The only thing I can possibly think of that I have added that could possible cause this are a few scripts to my config.php file but that would break the site I thought if it triggered an error? I’ve reinstalled WP with no luck, I’m kind of stuck on this one.
I will update this post if and or when I find the solution.
Thanks again for you help,

ChristianModeratorHey Fish,
You can remove all customizations then add them back in one by one while checking if the issue is resolved each time.
Thanks.
