max38320ParticipantHi,
Visual composer is very slow when i edit row on backoffice. VC makes ajax requets admin-ajax.php who takes between 2 or 3 sec each request.
Do you have any solutions please ?
Thank you

Paul RModeratorHi,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s the common issue in visual composer especially if the content is too big and too long, each element/shortcode is equivalent to Ajax (connection requests). I checked your home page and it’s quite very long. Also, some hosting has a limitation, that if you reach that connection request counts, it will then block and refuse other connections for few minutes.
It’s one of the reasons we decided to create our own builder, the cornerstone.
You also have Succuri which probably scanning and monitoring each request which can also degrade the response time. I checked your homepage in visual composer and it has 158 requests, that’s too many. And browser can only process 4-6 parallel connections at a time.
Thanks!
