Hi! I have the X Theme activated.

I can get Slider Revolution to work–but it says that the Plug-in is not activated on the Slider Revolution menu.

I can access the Visual Composer menu but it doesn’t work when I tried switch from Text view to Visual Composer.
In the Visual Composer menu it also says that the license hasn’t been activated.

Where do I find my licenses for Slider Revolution and Visual Composer–do I need to reinstall the X Theme or reactivate my license?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Both Revolution Slider and Visual Composer are integrated plugins of X. You don’t need to activate them to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features (premium slides, support from themepunch for Rev Slider) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon.

If you face any particular issue with Visual Composer then we can look into this but it’s not related with the license activation.
