NathanParticipantHi, one of my pages was working fine but now I can’t edit it, because no content shows and when I hit Classic Mode it says “Please add elements”.
The website shows fine and the code is there in the version history.
I need to be able to edit my site today because I am having a traffic spike that is important for our business.
Thank you

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! It turns out that you are using an old version of Visual Composer. Visual Composer: 4.11.2 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains several bug fixes and a maintenance release in response to WordPress 4.5, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

NathanParticipantDone and fixed 🙂
I was under the impression that we weren’t supposed to update the individual plugins for Visual Composer and Slider Revolution, that all updates were supposed to come from X Theme updates. But X Theme showed no updates available.
In the future am I okay to update all plugins?

LelyModeratorHi There,
Yes, that is correct. You should only update to a version that is compatible with X theme.
We can see the list of compatible plugin versions here:https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/Please do make sure that your site is using updated X theme and validated for automatic updates.
Yes you can always update to compatible version on this list:https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
