margleyParticipantHi,
I tried to create and save a visual composer grid element, but it wouldn’t same any new settings. Also, I tried to edit my “Minnesota Craft Breweries” page in Cornerstone, and I got an error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in /home4/g4r3d8q9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/schema-creator/schema-creator.php on line 1402
I don’t know why I can’t utilize either of these visual tools.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin, Schema Creator. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

margleyParticipantThanks for pointing that out. I’ve deactivated the Schema Creator, which has allowed me to use Cornerstone. However, the Visual Composer elements still won’t update or allow me to create new ones.

margleyParticipantI don’t believe that is the problem. If I go to the Visual Composer: Grid Builder and open the “Go Top – Modified” element, I can’t edit and update that element.

ChristianModeratorPlease try deactivating Yoast SEO as it there’s an error in the console that comes from it. If that doesn’t help, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
