Hello, we are having some trouble getting visual composer to load. It seems to have happened sometime in April when the new version of WordPress updated. We updated all of our plugins to the current versions and we seemed to have lost all our formatting. We have searched the forums for a fix, seems a lot of people had the same problem, and we did not find a common solution. Could you please take a look at our site and see what we have missed?

    Thanks

    Scott Hayes

    Hi There,

On your dev site; Please update the child theme by following this post: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/update-messed-up-site-2/#post-780902

And I see you have two instances of X|Theme, please delete the older one. The latest X|Theme is 4.5.2

Then deactivate and delete the X- Shortcodes plugin. Cornerstone is taking over for X – Shortcodes, which you can read much more about here in detail.

And then update your plugins in the latest version including the Visual Composer. You can refer here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ for the latest version of extensions that is bundle on the theme.

Lastly, make sure you clear any caching plugin/feature your site might after doing this updates.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!
