MattParticipantI am trying to create a new page using visual composer, however, I cannot access the backend editor or the frontend editor on my draft, or any of the pages I already have on the site.
The text version of the page still shows up, I just can’t edit it using visual composer.
I have updated a few other plugins, but I have no idea what is causing this.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

MattParticipantHey,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I turned off all active plugins except visual composer but it did not fix the problem.
I still click on the visual composer button and it’s completely unresponsive.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
There are 404 errors related to VC plugin. Please connect to FTP, remove js_composer folder from wp-content/plugins, next reinstall it again.
Hope it helps.
