natedeezyParticipantI recently updated my site. When I go to edit my pages I no longer see the visual composer content fields. If I click on the visual composer logo in the left corner I’m taken to a page where I can purchase visual composer. What’s going on?
Thank you for your time,

RupokMemberHi Nate,
Thanks for updating. I can see Visual Composer is working fine as expected on your site. If you can’t see on any page, make sure to set Visual Composer from Screen Options – http://prntscr.com/b8pujy
Also you are using older version of X that might not work as expected with newer Cornerstone and Visual Composer. Let’s update this.
Cheers!

natedeezyParticipantWhen I try to ad an element to the page nothing happens. I can see all the elements in the menu; content band, container, line…ect, but when I click on one to add it to the page, it doesn’t add it. So my X theme is not up-to-date? And that’s what might be causing the issue with visual composer?
I have version 4.3.0, what version should it be? How do I update?
Thank you for your time,

RupokMemberHi Nate,
Thanks for updating. So you didn’t update your theme before? I can see the update notification on your site and you could update it right from the dashboard. You can also check on Dashboard > Updates.
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Hope this makes sense.
