    Hi there,

    I haven’t needed to do any major website updates until today – unfortunately, Visual Composer doesn’t seem to be working 🙁

    I had seen a request to “receive automatic updates and unlock premium support” by activating my copy of visual composer, but when I tried to update it – it wouldn’t work.

    Am I missing something? Is this feature only supported for a limited time when you purchase the theme?

    Visual Composer is one of the extensions offered by X theme. The Plugin is itself bundled with the theme which doesn’t require any purchase code to activate or to use. You can easily install it and start using it on your website. But yes, if you are looking for some advance help with the plugin, you have to purchase it additionally to get premium support from the real developers of it.
